so, I will divide my terms of service into 3 parts, being the character rules, shop rules and extra rules !!
♡ ꒰ character rules ꒱ ♡
~ you may not sell traded/gifted designs UNLESS you have commissioned art and/or have done quality art of the adopt.
~ you may edit the design as much as you’d like, as long as it still looks like the original one.
♡ ꒰ shop rules ꒱ ♡
~ I have the right to decline a commision/custom.
~ when paying, you must pay at least half the price, I won’t show the artwork until the full payment has been sent in
~ these are not fcfs !!
~ if I’m not able to finish the comm/custom I’ll refund the money back to you

~ I have the right to publish commissioned artwork/customs as examples on my shop
~ I can do holds on adopts for up to 5 days !!
~ please don’t repost my artwork anywhere without my permission
~ this may be more moral rather than rule, but please don’t guilt-trip others when you don’t get a design, its annoying and can make the buyer feel bad about it.
